The longest flue on a wood burning stove ?

Most companies fit flue liners but Bath and its wonderful Georgian architecture can present a few problems when fitting stoves. Luckily at West Country Woodburners we have the dedication and experience to complete difficult and challenging installations when others might struggle. This particular model a Charnwood Island 2 in black sits at the bottom of a flexible 78ft long steel flexible flue liner. It was quite a challenge as the chimney spanned 7 stories and is 78 feet long. Although Bath is a smoke controlled area with the use of the right fuel you can still enjoy the benefit of a multi fuel stove and a real fire. Location: Bath Stove: Charnwood Island 2 in black Info: Fitted using a Flu Liner 80ft Long

New Stove for a New Home in Frome

This Jotul F105 model with short legs which is rated rated under 5 kw was installed in a newly built home in Frome. Part of our service is to make sure we supply the correct stove and install it efficiently and in full compliance with building and HEATAS regulations. This installation also required a flu liner which we fitted. Frome just outside Bath is well within our West Country area and the addition of a Bath stone hearth helps set the stove in its surroundings. This particular stove is on short legs to ensure it remains in proportion with the fireplace.
